  Inconsiderate and thoughtless! Boo to you, Lovely Nail.
  
  I walked into Lovely Nail today to ask how they might be able to help me with a serious nail biting problem. I specifically introduced myself as someone with a problem looking for help. The attendant looked at my hands and I admitted that my biting is worse than most have seen. I was then asked, "What is wrong with you?" My response was, "Have a nice day," as I left the salon. What I needed was help, not judgment and shame.
  
  A different salon, French Nails (a few blocks north of Lovely Nail), smiled and told me what they could do to help me and how much it would cost. I have an appointment at French Nails tomorrow.
