  seller used this company/agent and they misrepresented the condition of the home after alledgedly having home inpection repairs done (we moved in to our $330,000 home with no heat or hot water!), having to spend our first night trying to get emergency help with repairs, this being the dead of winter. Our remax agent (for us as a buyer) was worthless too...we could have screwed this up without HIS help.
  
  This agent also listed the house as having a whole house fan. Apparently she thinks a solar-powered roof vent fan is a whole house fan. Its not.
