  Went into the shop all stressed out because car troubles are never fun right? But once I spoke to Rick Goodson about my car troubles, he made me feel eased about it and explained what the next steps would be - I really appreciated that.
  
  He and his team ended up going above and beyond the initial problem I came in for to fix - they added windshield wiper fluid even though I didn't ask, got a carwash, as well as information about my tires. I left the shop not stressed at all, and feeling very grateful for the pleasant experience I had!

  Our family has purchased three VWs from Nick. He is a customer focused sales person. Always nice to see the same service guy (Mike) each time we've had to do some maintenance. Just a great overall experience.
