    Car buying can be a tedious process. One filled with unexpected obstacles and anxiety that sullies what can be a pleasant experience. Not once did I feel this way with the dealership; the great professionalism of Charles Perchak and Elmer Hansen was seen around every corner, pun intended.

    Upon receiving a very fair offer on both my trade and their vehicle, I was constantly made feel that my needs were being met. Everything from the initial test-drive, to the negotiation table, concluding with the paperwork — they went above and beyond, constantly reassuring me that I was in great hands, and I was.
