  My family has had 5 Volvos over the years and every one has been taken care of by Ben's Volvo. The cost is much less than the dealer but more importantly, the service is first class. We call and make an appointment with no delay, and the work is done quickly and as promised. We drive our cars until they rust away and Ben's has kept them in top condition for 250k+ miles every time.
  
  I trust Darren completely. In 30 years we have never been mislead or cheated in any way. We continue to buy Volvos knowing we will be able to work with Ben's Volvo. My kids continue to buy Volvos for this reason. I have not idea who Jules (the next review) is referring to but it has no connection to the Ben's Volvo in Libertyville.
